FOUNDER & CEO
The woman behind the entrepreneur is a food engineer by profession. A graduate of Laval University, she accumulated 10 years of experience in the juice and beverage processing industry, before heading to The Food Engineer.
She partnered with Yanic Lessard the co-founder, who is having more than 30 years of experience in the field of aeroponic agriculture. By combining their expertise, their joint mission is to revolutionize the world of agriculture by offering technological solutions accessible to all and integrating into all types of infrastructure.

30 years of experience in agriculture systems, building constructions and aeroponics systems.
Main responsibilities : Conception, Production, Purchasing and Office management.
